Service Description

Therapeutic art making allows us to tap into our emotions and let our authentic selves appear to the surface. You'll be walked through guided imagery with time to journal after and then create a mandala using alcohol inks, collage materials, and markers. Time will be left at the end to offer support and process what the experience was like.
